Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Malik Decor Hub. By shopping with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Orders & Delivery

  • Orders within Pakistan are usually delivered in 3–5 working days.

  • During sale or peak seasons, delivery may take up to 7–10 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable sales tax.

  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer / Debit/Credit Cards (for local orders).

Exchange & Return Policy

  • Exchanges are only accepted on products purchased at full price.

  • Items bought on sale, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Change of mind is not applicable.

  • Damaged items due to negligence, mishandling, or improper use will not be covered.

  • Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your package is damaged, missing, or delivered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving it.

  • For claims, we may request pictures of the received package/product.

  • If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or compensation.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled by customers before processing.

  • Malik Decor Hub reserves the right to cancel an order if:

    • Items are out of stock

    • Pricing errors occur

    • Shipping cost differences arise

    • Technical/system errors happen

Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 10–15 working days.
