Welcome to Malik Decor Hub. By shopping with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
Orders & Delivery

Orders within Pakistan are usually delivered in 3–5 working days.

During sale or peak seasons, delivery may take up to 7–10 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable sales tax.

Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer / Debit/Credit Cards (for local orders).
Exchange & Return Policy

Exchanges are only accepted on products purchased at full price.

Items bought on sale, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Change of mind is not applicable.

Damaged items due to negligence, mishandling, or improper use will not be covered.

Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package is damaged, missing, or delivered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving it.

For claims, we may request pictures of the received package/product.

If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or compensation.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled by customers before processing.

Malik Decor Hub reserves the right to cancel an order if:

Items are out of stock

Pricing errors occur

Shipping cost differences arise

Technical/system errors happen

Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 10–15 working days.
